In our case, one must figure out quickly if the customer likes it. Why?
Cause our customers are Pets.

How did Kong Toys become famous?

Joe Markham saw his German Shepherd chewing rocks, which is bad for its health. He decided to make a tough toy for him.
Viola, Kong Toy was born. Now the story doesn't stop here. The Pet Parents were happy because toys weren't getting destroyed easily. But, Joe did notice that most of the Dogs were getting bored after some time.
However, they designed their toy to be mentally engaging and durable, which is why their business is thriving.
In the Pet Industry, you must watch for signs from your Pet as they provide authentic feedback.
